evaluated training/exercise solutions and
conducted research for a variety of government,
international, and non-governmental organizations,
including the Department of Defense, Department
of Homeland Security, individual military
services, Canada's Pearson Peacekeeping
Centre, and the Center for Humanitarian
Cooperation. ThoughtLink has developed
a number of in-house research tools and

to answer research questions related to
team dynamics, individual effectiveness,
or people's processes and interactions
