Objective:
Project Outcomes contracted with ThoughtLink to review a
draft of the Simulation Capability Roadmap. ThoughtLink was to provide
an external, objective review based on their expertise in the
simulation, training and human factors domains.

In less than two weeks, ThoughtLink reviewed Project Outcomes Roadmap document and provided feedback on the general direction and feasibility, as well as providing comments with particular emphasis on the human dimensions chapter.
