A Bibliography for Shared Situational Awareness
During most of 2000, ThoughtLink and the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA) worked on a project using games to explore the effect of various factors on shared situational awareness (SSA). More information is available on this project. The final report is available online: Gaming and Shared Situation Awareness. In the course of this work, we did extensive research into SSA research. Most of the work was done by Dr. Albert Nofi, CNA. His summarization of recent thinking on SSA can be found in Defining and Measuring Shared Situational Awareness. This page lists most of the SSA-related papers and books we read.
